- VKVal KayanjaJun 27, 20251.0NOT A TRUE GATED COMMUNITY GATE STAYS WIDE OPEN. Property manager is not kind at all. This apartment complex randomly works on the parking lot and will not give u ample notice and tow your car if parked in parking area where you are supposed to park at YOUR EXPENSE, $200 per car, and $100 a day. They also do not have enough garages for the community, or parking spaces when working on the parking lot. We have been here for over a year and not one garage has opened up. When I had to get a new washing machine the wall was damaged by their own maintenance people.
