  I was extremely nervous living on my own for the first time, but Linden House provided such a welcoming, kind, and relaxing atmosphere. Everyone there, from the employees to the tenants, were wonderful. I honestly never once had any issues with anything during my year lived there. Highly, highly recommend. The one thing I will mention is try to go to the monthly activities that they provide. I wish that I had gone to more because they were very inviting.

  I have lived here at the Linden House West Apartments for a little over a month now and I couldn’t be happier. Susan and Shelly are so delightful and are willing to go above and beyond for the tenants who live here. Maintenance requests are fixed extremely quick & the maintenance men are also very reliable. It’s a very safe complex and very convienent and close to many local stores! You can’t beat it. My view is incredible as well! I love my new home and plan to be here for many many years . Thank you to the Linden House team for caring so much!

  Update: been with Linden House for over a year and plan on staying at least 2 years or greater. Shelley and Susan truly care about their residents and are all ears if you need even something minor. These ladies offer the best hospitality. Bill, maintenance, is very helpful as well with responding to service calls and make sure every tenant is taken well care of. The updated units are truly miraculous and almost perfect compared to any rental. Pool during the summer is the icing on the cake. Zarema continuously makes improvements and can see where most of my money is going. Truly the best experience and everyone here is so respectful. I work night shift and never have any trouble sleeping during the day since it's always so quiet. Great job everyone!

  Susan who shared with me the details of the Linden House wa most informative and pleasant. I was personally disappointment in the lack of central air, the laundry facilities, and the parking. I think I could have gotten used the downsizing into much smaller space, Thank you for your time Susan. Judy Amundsen
