  Kathy has been extremely nice amd very prompt on corresponding through email as ive had some questions before move in . Move -in day... Great turn out she actually . She's very understanding key is be very honest you give respect and the office workers will return the respect. Im grateful I get to be one of their residents. I had no issues upon move in the home was clean , walls freshly painted and carpet like new. I've only been here a couple days but my son and I like it here .

  I'm ONLY giving 5 stars because Cathy has been above and beyond all the years I have lived here, she listens, and as long as you are doingwhat you are suppose to do (like an adult) everything is cool. They are both great but I have dealt with Cathy longer NO OFFENSE! But both are great, I FINALLY GET TO WORKOUT IN THE MORNINGS AFTER ALMOST 4 YEARS!!!! (After Cathy's partner in crime took the place of the one before her). The apartments are great when I need stuff fixed they are on it...Basically if you treat people with respect, you will get it back PERIOD. ***DROP the mic***

  I lived here for 2 years in 2019. We were here during the pandemic and had to stay inside all day. I can honestly say this place made that a great experience.
