- RHRobin HeaterOct 14, 20241.0UPDATE 10/9/25. This home is my dream home. BUT, I’ve had issues that I should not be having. One month ago, I had a leak coming from the HVAC in the crawl space. They came to seal it. NOW, I have an awful smell in my bedroom and the hallway! So, there’s obviously water that’s stagnant! My driveway entrance has a HUGE crack from a truck delivering trusses. I was outside when it drove over the corner of my driveway. This was my life savings. This home should NOT have issues for this kind of money! All I do is wait for the other shoe to drop! What’s next! I feel like I’ve made a horrible mistake and I should have stayed in my condo. I’m so disappointed. From the moment I met Ian, this process has been great. When I first met with Ian Temple, I did not even think it was a possibility for me. Ian kept in very close contact with me. And Chris, the builder has been amazing. I look forward to Monday’s because it’s the weekly update. He is so great. He always walks me through every single detail. Ryan Homes has helped me make my dream come true. I can’t wait to move in to my dream home. I’ve recommended everyone I know to talk to Ian. Update!! I closed on my home today. This process was absolutely amazing with Ryan Homes. We had not a single issue the whole process. The builders are such amazing people. Very responsive. I look forward to moving into my new community
