Kathy has been extremely nice amd very prompt on corresponding through email as ive had some questions before move in . Move -in day... Great turn out she actually . She's very understanding key is be very honest you give respect and the office workers will return the respect. Im grateful I get to be one of their residents. I had no issues upon move in the home was clean , walls freshly painted and carpet like new. I've only been here a couple days but my son and I like it here .

Terrible Experience at Indian Creek Apartments: A Cautionary Review If you're considering moving to Indian Creek Apartments, think twice! My experience has been nothing short of disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to help others avoid the same mistakes. Poor Management The management at Indian Creek Apartments is a major issue. Communication is lacking, and when you finally receive a response, it’s usually too late to resolve any problems. This lack of efficient management creates a frustrating living environment for all residents. Maintenance Nightmares Maintenance requests take an excruciatingly long time to be addressed. Whether it’s a leaky faucet or a broken appliance, don’t expect quick fixes. The slow response times for maintenance issues are unacceptable and leave residents feeling ignored and undervalued. Run-Down Living Conditions The apartments themselves are in dire need of renovation. From outdated appliances to neglected common areas, it's clear that maintenance and upkeep are not priorities for management. Living in such conditions can be incredibly disheartening. Steep Rent Increases One of the most frustrating aspects of living at Indian Creek Apartments is the annual rent increase of 5 to 8%. This constant rise in rent feels exploitative and shows that management is more interested in profit than in providing a quality living experience. Conclusion In summary, I would strongly advise against choosing Indian Creek Apartments as your next home. The combination of poor management, slow maintenance responses, run-down facilities, and steep rent increases makes it a place to avoid. Do yourself a favor and look for a better option that values its residents. They are so misleading! It says on the website, the rent is $1,040, but then tell you when you apply that you have to pay $200+ dollars for internet and stuff, AND the fee to apply is $280 and if you get a co-signer they charge the co signer as well. Like I have never in my life had to pay almost $300 for a dang application. It’s like they charge fees for everything. I feel like if I move there they might charge me a breathing fee at this point!

I’ve lived here for 18 months and overall, I’ve enjoyed my time. The apartment complex is clean, safe, and very quiet. The grounds are well maintained, neighbors are mostly friendly, and the maintenance team is great — they fix issues quickly and on time. The leasing office staff are also very helpful, especially Cathy C., who is always kind and ready to answer questions. On the downside, the buildings are older, and I’ve experienced multiple leak problems. There are mandatory fees (around $200) for trash and cable, even if you don’t use them. The walls are thin, so you can hear water pipes — and unfortunately, my upstairs new neighbor is soooooo noisy and constantly disturbing. Rent also increases when renewing your lease, which adds to the cost. Overall, it’s a safe and well-managed community, but the noise and building age are definite drawbacks.

Our apartment was rushed upon move in. There was an extensive list of things that needed fixed that were common and should have already been addressed before my move in, ie smoke detector batteries needing replaced, multiple light bulbs needing replaced, light fixtures/ceiling fans needing replaced/fixed, holes in multiple doors, missing toilet paper holders and shelves in the bedroom closet that were missing screws or had hanging screws. It took them 3 weeks before getting this fixed, thus not being able to utilize my closet for that amount of time after moving in. One bedroom was missing the knob to the bathroom sink for at least two weeks. No prior knowledge of the laundry room not being able to fit standard washer and dryer sizes, thus having to remove the doors completely & this being known throughout the units and most people just placing them under their beds, per words from maintenance staff. We did two walkthroughs where we noticed some things in the first walk through were only half replaced/fixed, like one of the hanging bars holding a closet shelf up was just taken out instead of being fixed and one of the door holes was just replaced with a white door knob wall protector (a white circle wall protector being placed in the middle of a brown wood door). The word "luxury" should not be used when referring to this complex. Maintenance entered my home on 11/23/2020 where I was the only one present upon them entering and I left while tasks were completed. I came home and noticed there was a dent on the top of my dryer where a request to replace a light bulb above was listed. I alerted the office staff the next morning where the response was, "Insert name, is an excellent employee and we have never had an issue with him and he is not a liar so I just don't know what we could do at this point." As if, first of all, accidents don't happen and that people don't make mistakes. They also stated, "He used a ladder and was nowhere near the dryer." but you have to get right next to the washer and dryer to fix the light ABOVE them, especially because it is sticking out onto the carpet because, as mentioned, it does not fit into the appropriate area. The severe lack of professionalism from prior to moving in, to current is a severe disappointment. There is no accountability and if roles were reversed, they would not ask for a witness or proof if there was damage done to the actual unit. I am the witness, there was no damage to my property before I left and there was upon my return. I'm being generous with 2 stars only due to the location.
