  Tina was the listing agent on my home I sold in Pickerington. She was great about staging and offering suggestions on things that would help my house sell. We listed it while I was out of town and she handled everything beautifully. Upon my return I had 10+ offers. We went into contract above asking price. Highly recommend Tina!

  This was the second time that I worked with Tina. The first was early to mid-2021 when I was looking for a home, we found a place and began the process but there was some things that came up during the inspection and the sellers were not willing to fix so we walked away. This time around, I went to an open house on a whim.. and it felt like home— I could see where things were going to go and my son playing out back. So as the process went on and the numbers went up on the lenders end— Tina went above and beyond with communication with the sellers agent to communicate and make sure that I got across the finish line.
