- JAJanice Atkinson-BennettMay 4, 20225.0The process was seamless, our sales person was very professional, and the communications process was super. waiting In ADDITION..... 1 year and 7 months in, and Project Manager Tyler (Greystone) still entertains our request for issues that we come across. For example, I submitted a request for several imperfections. Some of the few....our front yard lamps malfunctioned, and two of our pine bushes in the rear that literally died. We complained on a Friday and by Wednesday, I took a break while working from home and as I peeped out the front window there were 2 landscapers who had already dugged up the dead trees and started to replace with new trees. Then, the part was replaced on the front lamp in a timely manner. We often forget to give kudos when they are due. I appreciate Tyler's willingness to listen to our complaints and get speedy results. Ryan Home by far in not perfect. However, our Project Managers need to be highlighted as they know the right things to say to help us stay calm. Oh, even on his way home from work, Tyler never wavers. YEAH Tyler!!! Thank YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!
