- KKKieranApr 6, 20253.0Just dropped by to see what it's like because good friends of mine are buying there. I personally don't like the look of these ranches; but that's just me. It's a very large development and is almost sold out. Close to Route 2 and I-90 but still out in a rural setting. It has large retention ponds for water run off; so get ready for lots of Canada geese!
