I kept receiving messages on my phone telling me to come because everything was fine, but when I arrived, suddenly the house I wanted was no longer available. Because I was looking for a better deal, they kept inviting me back, saying they had a good offer for me, but once I got there, everything was different. 🤦♂️ Today I went there with the intention of signing a purchase contract, but when I arrived and sat down at the negotiation table, I realized I had been misled from the very beginning. The numbers on the table were completely different from what had been discussed. 😩 If I had known, I would not have wasted my time. Please be careful who you choose to work with.

She went above and beyond unfortunately we did not purchase due to family issues, but definitely would love to have her again as a sale representative at another ryan homes community.
