Now that the weather is warming up (around 70°F outside), it’s reaching nearly 90°F inside my unit. This is extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. Maintenance keeps saying it’s fixed, but the issue persists. This clearly shows poor management and lack of urgency in addressing serious tenant concerns.

Overall, things at Hummingbird Pointe have been looking much better, and you can tell management has been making an effort. The girls in the office are always responsive and get back to you quickly, which makes a big difference. Maintenance is on top of things and takes care of requests right away. The gym is very nice and well kept, which I really appreciate. There’s also a dog park that’s perfect for my two dogs. They’ve even started doing resident events, which my kids really enjoy and so do I. It’s nice to see a community feel here.
