  Going into 3rd year as resident. Absolutely wonderful complex! Office staff has always been incredible. Any issues are handled immediately...especially emergencies! Facilities are always maintained. Fully recommend.

  This place has been a dream come true. I was tasked from my company to come from Michigan to Cleveland area for 13 months and was notified in a short window. After scrambling to find an apartment, as I had less that 5 days to find an apartment, Sheila was the best leasing manager I could've called as she kept following up to keep me posted on how the paperwork was coming along and helping me every step of the way. She also gave me the best apartment I could have ever asked for as it is recently remodeled, and I feel at home in it. I am very happy that this place will be my home for the next year.

  This one of worst living apartments I lived in management pretends be friendly until you move in prices are outrageous for 2bedroom and there very strict expect you be super quite not even TV playing after 11pm to many housing rules for 1300 month...if they don't like you they will continue to harass you

  I am happy that I’ve decided to be apart of such an amazing community. I have lived here for two years and have no complaints. The property maintenance is timely and efficient. They always meet your needs with a smile. I understand why the wait list is long; I don’t want to move either! 😄

  i absolutely love this place. Its clean, quiet and everyone is so nice. the management is amazing and Mike the maintenance man is auper professional and is quick on work orders.
