  I have lived here at The Gardens for over 4years and I must say the Maintenance staff is the best! As soon as an issue arises they are on it. Recently a day before the coldest day of the year hit my furnace stopped working. I called the emergency line as it was before the office opened and reported. Within the hour they were here and fixed it within the next hour. We were nice and toasty when the cold hit thanks to their knowledgeable staff and the promptness in handling it. Also would like to mention when my stove and dishwasher went they gave me new ones instead of trying to constantly fix something that should just be replaced. I have lived at other complexes that will keep trying to repair something that should just be replaced and I appreciated them realizing that sooner then later here. The office staff as well has always been great when it comes to any needs or concerns I might have. We really enjoy living here.

  This three-story garden-style residential complex feels very comfortable and well cared for. The area is clean, quiet, and well maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that makes it easy to feel at home. The apartments are practical and thoughtfully set up. In-unit laundry is a big plus, air conditioning works well, and the gas heating system is fully adjustable, so you can set the temperature exactly the way you like it. Everything feels functional and reliable. Overall, it’s a calm and pleasant place to live — clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into. I genuinely liked it and would consider it a solid option for everyday living.

  These apartments are great for the price, what a value. The staff is so kind and helpful. Whenever you need something maintenance is there. I love how positive and friendly Abby is in resident services. All and all im happy here!

  We were actually recommending this apartment to our friends initially and were happy living here. Unfortunately, that changed today when a manager shouted at me in front of other people over a minor issue that could have been easily resolved by listening. The behavior was rude, unprofessional, and very upsetting. Because of this experience, we are now considering leaving and would not recommend this apartment community to anyone. Respectful communication from management is essential, and this incident completely changed our impression.
