    Michelle got me in a great apt. she's kind professional and knowledgeable if you need a apt i highly recommend her!!!!! The cleaning crew is super kind and the maintenance man are kind and hard working 💪!!!

    A little over half a month living here I'd say the experience has been positive. It's been a long time since I've lived in an apartment, and the management, leasing, and maintenance team have made the process easy on their end. Everything has been taken care of timely. The staff have been very easy to work with. People here are friendly and polite. No unreasonable noise in my neck of the building. I feel like I made the right choice coming to Hummingbird.

    My experience with them was absolutely awesome! The staff and employees were so nice, my tour was great and everything was so simple and easy along the way! Would refer anyone I know to these guys!

    Best apartment I’ve lived in. Parking lots looks great, music playing in the lobby, the place just looks and feels like a nice hotel. I love it here.
