  I had a great experience moving in. They got us in quickly, and the office ladies Tammy & Kim are very helpful and nice. They keep the property safe. I previously lived in a different unit here and had no problems then either, which made me confident moving back. The unit was clean and updated, and the space works really well for me and my two kids I have a 3 bed 2 bath and it’s huge for us. I do wish the playground would be updated, but overall im very happy here. Thank u tammy and kim!!!

  The girls in the office made my move so easy and effortless. I felt valued and not just like another tenant. Spacious apartments and great grounds! They even have a small playground for my son to play! Wholeheartedly would recommend this community!

  My friend lives here. It's a decent apartment complex for the area and most of the tenants in his building are pretty chill. Downsides are the aggressive speed bumps that REALLY disagree with my car's suspension, and the fact that you can ALWAYS tell when trash day is coming (because the dumpsters are overflowing and some tenants don't bother making sure their trash makes it all the way to the dumpster).

  A lot of drug activity, office tells people one thing (over serious matters) and does something completely different. We we're harrased by neighbors, and new office management refused to do anything, constant black mold that maintenance just paints over. Bee's were coming in the window nothing was done about. Shower gets backed up every week with someone else's feces, and management does nothing. OMaintena
