However after half a year of residency - over half a dozen items have needed repair, including a water issue - Marked as an emergency, which took about 3 weeks for Ryan's hired contractor to resolve. Would rate higher than 1 star, however the district manager telling me either to send my attorney or "tough luck" when bringing up a genuine electrical warranty concern was the last straw for me.
