- SBSarah ButerbaughApr 3, 20252.0Overall, would I do it again? Not likely. Our project manager (Brett) was great. Otherwise the list of problems is this: POOR CRAFTMANSHIP - lots of things are not square, finishing work was sloppy, cheap materials, driveway is spalling only 2yrs in (and only 6 months for some) WAARRANTY WORK/GUARANTEE IS SUBPAR - you'll get, say, 164 nail pops, but person who comes out to fix those will only do a fraction of them. Oh, and eventually you feel them in the floor too, if you have carpet. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT - we were sold on a playground, a pool, and a community clubhouse. For a development of 320+ houses, we got a playset with slides ONLY, a pool so small it will be like swimming in people soup, and a pool house (bathrooms) instead of a community clubhouse. UNAVAILABLE UPGRADES - we were one of the earlier families to purchase in the new development, and were offered a very basic package with few upgrades (Lifestyles, I believe). Then a year or so later, we learned that more recent buyers were offered more extensive upgrades. This may or may not be a common issue, but the day after we signed, the price of the house we purchased dropped 20k. Ryan absolutely would not budge, or offer reimbursement in any form (our specific request/suggestion to upgrade some things at no extra charge to compensate was denied also.) In addition, not long after we moved in, our model of house was replaced with an updated version/layout that is way more functional. Just irritating all around.

She explained all the options that comes along with the build and made sure to find the house that fit our families needs. Ashley was great at keeping in contact and getting back with us with any questions we had along the way. As for our construction, the head manager Brett K was outstanding. Every process of the build he would send us weekly updates and even provide us with pictures. He was very accommodating with days and times for us when we were able to come and look at the house in person. They are a great team and highly recommend anyone looking to go through them for future builds with Ryan Homes.

Ashley and Brett were great to work with and checked in on me throughout the whole process. It was very quick to get a house and everything looks beautiful. It’s just what I wanted. I would recommend coming to Brookside Greens and working with these great people!

She was pretty quick to respond via text or call whenever I have a question or two during business hours. She also helped me during the loan processing and made sure all the details are clear. Brett was really cool through out the process and provided updates time to time and kept me in the loop. During the orientation he really provided valuable suggestions and recommendations. As for the community, this is really a calm and peaceful community. With 10-15 min radius we can get all the required things. I will highly recommend this place.

I brought my mother in law to look in anticipation for moving back home from Florida and Ashley stayed in constant communication, had our backs the entire time with financing, job hunting, and just general cheerleading for us to get our dream home. She listened and found the perfect space. Not only do we love our home and the neighborhood, but Ashley made the entire experience nothing short of exceptional!
