She explained all the options that comes along with the build and made sure to find the house that fit our families needs. Ashley was great at keeping in contact and getting back with us with any questions we had along the way. As for our construction, the head manager Brett K was outstanding. Every process of the build he would send us weekly updates and even provide us with pictures. He was very accommodating with days and times for us when we were able to come and look at the house in person. They are a great team and highly recommend anyone looking to go through them for future builds with Ryan Homes.

She was pretty quick to respond via text or call whenever I have a question or two during business hours. She also helped me during the loan processing and made sure all the details are clear. Brett was really cool through out the process and provided updates time to time and kept me in the loop. During the orientation he really provided valuable suggestions and recommendations. As for the community, this is really a calm and peaceful community. With 10-15 min radius we can get all the required things. I will highly recommend this place.
