- JJjohnny3 days ago1.0***DO NOT BUY A RYAN HOME*** Ill start with that. Siding blows off.... shingles falling off.....squeaking floors on every floor...and more! I made the biggest $500,000 mistake of my life. The house is a year and a half old and out of warranty, so Ryan tells me sorry about your luck. I should have know it was garbage when the contractors are riding bicycles to the job site and drinking beers on the neighbors roof! Garbage!! And I'll end with this. You will regret it. ***DO NOT BUY A RYAN HOME***

We met Matt with Ryan Homes at Hampton Place who helped us in the process. We toured and spoke to reps of other neighborhoods but none was as willing to go the extra mile in helping us. The attention to detail is another reason we selected to build with Ryan Homes. No two houses are the same or painted the same nearby which was a concern in other cookie cutter subdivisions. The option for a basement or 3 car garage also made our decision to go with Ryan Homes easier. The loan process was seamless. March can’t come any sooner to begin the building process. I am looking forward to living in and making memories with family and friends in my dream home!
