  We loved living here for the first few months of our lease! We use all of the amenities, and Shawn was amazing getting us all set up here. However, the past 6 weeks living here has been miserable. Management refuses to turn on the AC systems, giving an excuse that no other place seems to have trouble with. Our apartment has consistently been in the 80s. My husband and I are feeling the effects of this physically and are unable to even sleep well. Management has not been communicative about this, nor empathetic or understanding of the situation, as they are not dealing with it personally. For as much as we pay to live here, the residents who are suffering from this insane heat are owed more consideration than this.

  I've lived here for a year and I would highly recommend Butternut Ridge as a place to live. There's so many amenities including the pool exercise room clubhouse with computer/printer coffee machine washer/dryer in apartments trash compactor playground for kids. There are different floor plans and you get to choose which building you want based on your chosen floor plan and what's currently vacant. Wonderful area close to everything but feels like it's off by itself even though it's right off the main road. Very safe place to go for walks. They accept pets with a fee and screening and provide trash bags and garbage cans to pick up after them and a dog run as well (It's really nice seeing all the dogs that live here). They are constantly adding new things or thinking of little extras for all their residents too be it games for prizes or free food samples corresponding with holidays (Birthday card signed by the entire staff with a small gift was a wonderful surprise). Maintenance is super fast at fixing any and all requests. I'm incredibly glad that I chose Butternut Ridge as my home and will hopefully be here for a long time to come.

  Love!! You get a slice of seclusion even with the highway and busy streets nearby. Very welcoming staff and neighbors :)

  Had an amazing experience working with Shawn! Jessica also helped me out when he was busy assisting others! What a GREAT team to work with - they made the move-in process VERY easy!! Thanks again!

  Great Place. All my appliances look brand new. Jessica, from the leasing office was amazing and showed me multiple variations of what I was looking for. In the end she found me one that was immediately available and at a lower monthly cost than the my original choice. A washer and dryer in the apartment cant be beat and Location is convenient to anything you might want.
