They renewed the renter's lease without consulting me and now the renter is $4,000 behind. I call for updates and statuses to a full voice mailbox and no responses to messages and texts. Time for a new manager.

- BBBrett BiedermanOct 14, 20233.0When we moved in there was a broken window. It took over 6 months and constant badgering to replace the glass. When I asked for an early termination of the lease (had to move for work), the payment was charged on the 30th of the month so by the time I paid on the 5th of the following month, a late fee of $100 was already charged on top of the 2 month early termination fee. Apart from those incidents, everything was done legally, professionally and fairly.
