When I asked for an early termination of the lease (had to move for work), the payment was charged on the 30th of the month so by the time I paid on the 5th of the following month, a late fee of $100 was already charged on top of the 2 month early termination fee. Apart from those incidents, everything was done legally, professionally and fairly.
