We were very nervous at first being first time home buyers but she made the process smooth very helpful and always honest with everything, she didn’t try to upsell us and gave us good tips. We landed in a great neighborhood. Even after we moved in she still checks up on us and we can call her anytime and she’ll be glad to help us thank you Courtney for the awesome experience!!!! One thing that is really disappointing is the lack of information that shared about the neighborhood power grind, it’s the worst one small gust of wind, rain, snow and the power goes…. This should be mentioned before purchasing before find out the hard way.

I was 100% against building a home, but my wife convinced me to look into it and we had our first meeting with Dan Puhl. Dan was amazing from the start, he knew what we wanted, didn’t try to pressure us into buying, and was great with keeping in touch as we started this process. Before our build started we had a meeting Kevin the project manager. Since this meeting Kevin and Dan have been in contact with me every week, I am never in the dark and always know what the game plan is. These two have made this process so smooth and even fun. Knowing I can call either of them at a moments notice is the best feeling, and I know I will always get the answers I need from them. Thank you Dan and Kevin for playing a huge role in making our dream home come to life!!! I am not an easy man to please or impress but these two have surpassed every one of my expectations!! #getyouadanandkevin
- SPShelby PerryFeb 19, 20212.0We have been in our home for 2 years and one month... we have never built before let alone owned a home before. The buying and building process was honestly horrible. Once we got in the home it wasn't so bad. We love the neighborhood and community. However. We did upgrade to get a basement and it has been nothing but issues from day 1.... they are not willing to fix the issues correctly. I have gotten 3 quotes from different companies to see how to fix the water leaking in my basement, they all say the same thing. However the people Ryan homes sends out has a completely different answer.... I am so disappointed. I will never own or build another Ryan Home.... the quotes I got for my basement issue is over $16,000 to repair and that will only buy me 10-15 years, until I will have to repair it again. Its a cheap build. You get what you pay for.
