  Actually just don’t contemplate living here. They do not care about maintenance concerns, in fact they will give attitude if you persist and even hang up the phone on you. Me and my roommate have lived here for 6 months, over half of our lease. Since the day we moved in our HVAC system has not worked on. Meaning no AC and no heat. We had to use space heaters through all of winter including the snowstorm. Now that it’s getting hot again i’ve persisted more. They simply do not care. We had issues with our washer and dryer since day one as well. After numerous ignored calls and emails they came to fix the dryer which broke/disabled the washer and they have not responded to requests for help. Just because the leasing agents are nice and easy to talk to doesn’t mean they are business people. They basically rob you of your money and do not care to live up to their own lease.

  If you go to Maple oaks I recommend going to Whitney. She's 100% the best and authentic.
