  The apartments are a good value and a good location but that’s all I can say positive about this place. The communication is terrible. I have had to place 4 work orders and every time the online portal for work orders did not work so I’ve had to email Kayla to place the orders. She always takes way longer than would be expected to not only place the work orders but to even respond. My kitchen sink has started leaking twice and each time it started leaking again only one week after they fixed it, and each time Kayla took way too long to respond. Most recently I emailed her 11/2 regarding this and sent a follow up email 11/4 and still have not received a reply on 11/11 and no work order has been placed. Most people would raise hell if their kitchen sink couldn’t be used for even 2 or 3 days let alone 10. I’m not one to leave negative reviews like this but Kayla’s lack of timeliness with communication is really unacceptable.

  I called to talk about my concerns of the main door to the apartments not being locked as my 19 year old niece lives there and is always worried at night that someone is breaking in. Kathy who answered the phone dismissed my concerns and said "thats the way it is, anyone can enter." There are hundreds of apartments paying $1200 or more a month and they don't want the expense to lock the door for security in their apartments but are willing to rent to young girls who live alone. Clearly they don't care about their residents.

  Absolute greed! 500$ month to month charge on top of 1000$ rent. Then tell you not to pay and theyll figure it out then get another 500$ charge. Save yourself the headaches and stay far far away. Absolutely despicable!!

  Update 11/29/25 The office moved and now the dog boxes for the poop is over flowing and maintenence or whoever is responsible for emptying isn't Several bees next have sprung up and been called about several times nothing is done. No exterminator or anything so if youre allergic im sorry maintenance will enter your apartment even if you tell them you need to be there no respect is given to the tenants Update 8/29/25 Asked management about rent payment had forgot what was wrote on it and basically got told I was a bother for asking management. Light in lobby has been broken 2 weeks. Yellow jacket nest that has been called about a few times still there. Our kitchen lights have been out for 2 days lights fixed lights went out later that night Called mutilple time about different issues mold is not an emergency, toilet issues just hold it. Nothing is an emergency, they never fix anything. Over a week for a broken mail box. Post office is refusing to deliver mail

  "Integrity" is severely lacking in this management company. Hold tight to your wallet, as they will take every penny they can! Old, rundown buildings and horrible parking lots. Misdirection and broken promises. Beware!
