  Quiet, clean, safe neighborhood, and very spacious apartments. Maintenance is usually quick to fix big issues, smaller ones may take a day or too. I have been here over a year and a half and I have no complaints besides the fact that they need to put a generator in for the elevators. Very inconvenient when the power goes out since they're such big buildings. Love it here.

  I have lived at Hamilton house for 6 years and I must say that the management team and maintenance staff truly are the best, the response to work requests and taking care of the common area repairs always happen so fast!

  This place used to be nice, but it's turned for the worse. Good luck finding a working washing machine or enjoying some quiet time. It's a rip-off too; just saw they jacked the rent on my old apartment up almost $350/mo for whoever is unlucky enough to become the new tenant.

  Recently bought a house and had to leave here. I would say this place has the best management staff, and the whole neighborhood is pretty quiet. Maintenance guys are also helpful and they got the work done really fast.
