  I have lived at Hamilton house for 6 years and I must say that the management team and maintenance staff truly are the best, the response to work requests and taking care of the common area repairs always happen so fast!

  I've lived here over two years now so I feel like I can give a pretty accurate testimony of what living here is like. Upgraded suites feel somewhat luxury! Not all suites are upgraded though so be sure you see your unit first because oddly, there is no price difference between upgraded vs not upgraded apparently. Quiet clean hallways. There are a lot of elderly people here and sometimes they will congregate in the lobby area on the couches, but they're super friendly! Laundry room with about 12 washers and dryers on second floor, open from 6am-11pm daily. I live on first floor so I don't take the elevators unless I'm washing, but they are always fast, which was important to me because my first apartment I ever lived in was a high riser where I had to wait 5+ minutes sometimes to use the elevators unfortunately. They often host activities such as monthly: movie nights, bingo, etc. Maintenance usually responds to work order requests within a week at the longest, but normally doesn't take that long. I really consider this the best apartment complex I've lived in. My only cons are the following. 1) Bugs. Not roaches or anything like that. But spiders. Super tiny. Sometimes bigger. And 1 centipede. Not every day, not even every week, but as someone afraid of bugs, too darn often (aka maybe one or 2 sightings every 3 weeks)! To be fair, I live on the first floor so maybe that plays a part. 2) There can be like $300 price difference on units based simply on when you move in and what the demand is. I just find that annoying because when I first moved in, 1 bedroom was $1400, but I checked prices following year for a friend I was gonna refer and it was MUCH cheaper. Like so much cheaper, I tried to reapply for another 1 bedroom with current pricing 😂 They don't allow that though, it's considered a lateral transfer. You're only allowed to upgrade, so now I live in 2 bedroom for $200 less. So be warned, if you can, keep an eye on pricing to try and snag the best deal. Overall, great place to live. Haven't really had any issues. I'm happy and would definitely feel confident recommending this apartment complex to my family and friends. Hope this helps!

  This place used to be nice, but it's turned for the worse. Good luck finding a working washing machine or enjoying some quiet time. It's a rip-off too; just saw they jacked the rent on my old apartment up almost $350/mo for whoever is unlucky enough to become the new tenant.

  Recently bought a house and had to leave here. I would say this place has the best management staff, and the whole neighborhood is pretty quiet. Maintenance guys are also helpful and they got the work done really fast.
