Very pet friendly and access to many different places within walking distance. Central location to grocery stores, entertainment, and night life. Lounging pool is a must in the summer! Went through 8 different places moving back to Cincinnati and this was by far my favorite property! Thrilled to be staying here for the next few years!

Had to call police for it! IF YOU.VALUE YOUR PEACE , QUIET AND REST, THEN DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! YOU WILL BE MISERABLE!!!
- AGAston GerberJan 18, 20265.0It’s been a fantastic experience so far! Molly has been amazing. She answered all of my questions prior to move in and made the entire process smooth and easy. The community is brand new, and everything inside feels modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The location is a huge plus. There are already several great places within walking distance, including 50 West, Jeni’s Ice Cream, Pins Mechanical, and 101 Craft Kitchen, and there are also many open spaces which makes it exciting to see what’s coming next. It’s a fun, walkable area that really feels like a growing community. I’m very happy with my decision to live here, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, lively area to be in!

- UDUlugbek DjuraevSep 13, 20251.0A terrible place to live for a family with small children! I live next to Pins Mechanical — the music is so loud it feels like I’m living in a nightclub. We’ve complained about the volume, but unfortunately nobody does anything. The staff at this complex are no help; I tried to explain the situation, but they don’t care. Even the fact that my little child wakes up in the middle of the night because of the music doesn’t bother them! Double-check everything and read the lease agreement very carefully! Overall, a horrible place to live. I do not recommend it at all!!!
