As of 1/27/2026, this is the third day after the snowfall. Only residents have cleared their driveways; the streets have not been cleaned by management. This is not the first time—these streets are consistently left unplowed. All surrounding neighborhood streets have been cleared, including interior roads, but ours have not. The bridges also remain unplowed. Students are forced to walk through snow to reach their school bus stops, and vehicles are getting stuck on the one-way road due to the unplowed streets.

I recently applied for an apartment here paid $50 deposit and $200 administration fee and Was told I would have an apartment for October 1 that didn’t happen then they said I would have an apartment for November 1 still had nothing so I rented a house somewhere else when I inquired about getting my $200 Administration fee back I was told they would not refund it. I’m 70 years old on Social Security and Work also and didn’t think it was fair that Since they weren’t able to do their part of the agreement that they wouldn’t refund my money I spoke to multiple people in the office and they went and spoke to Kim and she said she was not refunding my money I think it’s terrible that they treat people like this a rich company like this to steal $200 from a 70 year-old woman on Social Security. It’s very bad business. I know the Maintenance there is terrible you call them and they never come on time make you wait weeks to get things done sometimes the garbage is piled up like a dump on on the weekend because they don’t have enough trash containers to suit the amount of tenants. A lot of the children run ragged in the place. They’ve broken the chairs by the pool they’ve done a lot of damage in the apartments. I’m kind of thankful that I wasn’t able to get an apartment. I’ll just take my loss. I just want people to know what kind of people are running this business.

Worst Apartment. All full of Roaches and not properly cleaned when moved in. Even they charge you the amount for Pest Control after you vacate the apartment. Pest control is their responsibility but they get the amount from tenants when they vacant. They will not inform you about amount initially but at the end. I can say one of the worst maintenance apartments in Mason. Leasing office don’t response properly for any maintenance issue. They just relax till the tenants come and request again again. So everyone think when you move. My experience was worst. Would never refer this apartment to anyone.

⭐ “CALLING THIS PLACE TWIN ROACHES 🪳🪳”
This was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. My girlfriend and I toured with Heather, who showed us a 3-bed ground floor unit as an example. We signed for a 2nd-floor 3-bed unit we never actually saw. Days before move-in, they emailed saying there were “complications.” When we went to the office on Oct 29, the director Kim told us the unit we signed for had roaches 🪳. They tried to move us into a “beautiful”LOL 😒 unit substitute that was smaller then what we already SIGNED for weeks ago , that tour unit they showed us was still under construction, and had no working lights or switches only no new paint , and the new washer and dryer wasn’t installed ether or even cleaned 3 days before moving in date to hope they even got that together before we move in a few days. They canceled our lease without our consent after taking our money . Completely unprofessional, misleading, and a total nightmare. Avoid this place at all costs.

If I could give 0 star I would. This place is a joke the staff is incredibly rude and so is the parking situation.
Good luck ever finding a spot. Residents will camp out their cars and not move for WEEKS. Some cars even have covers on them in public parking. Good luck trying to tell the staff anything they will ignore it or be rude back. Multiple problems have arose in my house, but they dismiss me and will not do anything. If you hear anything good about this place they must be getting paid. It's unclean with dirty lakes (with dead fish everywhere) causing the whole place to smell and a staff that is so inconsiderate. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied living here.
