  This one of the nicest apartments I have ever lived in. So quiet and well kept. We have underground parking which was critical for us.

  I have lived here since the day it opened in October 2015. I'm a veteran apartment dweller and this is hands down the best place I've ever lived. It has everything I ever wanted in an apartment. What makes it special is the great management and staff. I've never had a problem that they didn't solve the same day. It is extremely well maintained and close to everything you could possibly want. I wish the rent was less but it's competitive with other places with similar amenities in this location.

  I have lived at The Grandstone for about a year now and have had all positive experiences. The staff is very nice and informative. The maintenance team handles all requests very quickly (typically within the day) and does a great job. The team does a great job of keeping everything clean and has even put out hand sanitizer stations at all entrance ways! The community is small, and the neighbors are great. It’s a quiet area for being in such a great location with stores, restaurants and parks all around you. The amenities around the complex are great and the best park is the apartment is very pet friendly. There are lots of fun places to take your dog around Mason and the apartment even has a nice fenced in area for them to play. I have been very satisfied with my decision to live here and highly recommend it!

  One of the best apartment you can live in Mason. Its a small apartment community with little to no community amenities (gym facility is very small) but you wont complain of anything else. Very responsive staff and Brittani in the leasing office is just awesome. We lived there for around 18 months and really liked it. Everything is within 2 mins drive from this place.
