- JKJoshua KaimanMay 2, 20245.0I lived at the Grandstone Apartments for three years from 2019 to 2022. The clean swimming pool, party room with a huge screen TV, and the gym filled with top-model exercise equipment there were fantastic and I thought Brittani, who was their Leading Community Representative when we moved in, was exceptionally courteous and kind to my wife and I during her tenure there. We enjoyed several friendships with several of our neighbors and I absolutely loved being only a block away from Regal Movie Theaters, Whole Foods, along with a number of terrific restaurants. The complex is very clean in terms of its landscaping. I therefore wanted to share that I thought my overall experience there with Brittani in the front office was very welcoming after I transferred in from Colorado, and she should be highly commended for her professionalism and concern for us, especially her getting us a ground floor unit because of my orthopedic impediment. Certainly, Brittani is missed as well as memories of all the fun places around the complex.

Its a small apartment community with little to no community amenities (gym facility is very small) but you wont complain of anything else. Very responsive staff and Brittani in the leasing office is just awesome. We lived there for around 18 months and really liked it. Everything is within 2 mins drive from this place.
