  I’ve had a fantastic experience with One Deerfield. The client service with Monica and Erin, as far as responsiveness, communication and flexibility, has been superior. The shared clubhouse, gym, lounge areas, and apartments are beautifully appointed. My new apartment was spotless when I moved in. I’m looking forward to enjoying my time at One Deerfield!

  I had a great experience living at One Deerfield Apartments in Mason. The apartment itself feels luxurious, and the clubhouse is one of the best around — spacious gym, lounge areas, and plenty of amenities. Maintenance was always quick to respond and fixed any issues promptly. The move-out process was smooth and transparent — no surprise charges or unnecessary deductions. Honestly, it’s worth paying a bit more here compared to cheaper places like Mason Grand, where move-outs can be frustrating and costly. One Deerfield is managed professionally, and you really get what you pay for — comfort, peace of mind, and quality living. Highly recommend!

  The property is always super clean, with beautiful flowers — cherry blossoms, hydrangeas, Lavender, and more — that make spring look incredible. The pool is great in summer, and the grill area with the outdoor fireplaces is perfect in winter, The landscaping is some of the best I’ve seen in any apartment community I’ve lived in since, The staff does a great job keeping everything maintained, and you rarely see any mess — maybe once in a while when someone forgets to pick up after their dog, but that’s rareThe clubhouse has a nice pool table and lounge space, also a small library corner with chairs and books — a peaceful spot to sit down, read, and get lost in another world.The only thing missing is a small playground or play area for kids and Bike Station, One Deerfield is calm, clean, and thoughtfully maintained.
