Posting for my friends that been living there almost 6 month. As they wish to not disclose who they are, but are actually current residents. “I like the community it’s self! Most the amenities are nice. I like that is very pet friendly. The staff have been really friendly when they’re in the office and very helpful when things when having updates. For the most part, it has not been bad living here, But we have a few issues. Since we moved in the floor in the hallways have been getting worse. It’s been like that since we moved in and this is supposed to be a brand new building actually starting to crack in our actual apartment too. The biggest issue we’ve had is the security there is no place for packages to be delivered to as the mail room only occupies actual mail. So any type of Amazon package or bulk package if no one is in the office it gets put right outside the office front. The other issue is this stuff cannot be delivered to the apartment as the only way to get into the apartment Is to have a key fob it has happened now twice where we’ve been locked out. Part of the security measure on the door is to have a code or to be unlocked by your phone. Back in February my partner left his phone in the apartment to walk me to my car when he tried to get back in To our actual apartment using his code, the system denied him he was stuck outside of the apartment from 11:30 PM till three in the morning as he had left his phone on the counter in the apartment, he went over to the main office building. There is no emergency phone call anybody. He waited in that building until 3 AM when a building worker happen to show up and had to call someone. After they updated the door He was able to get back in when we emailed the facility about this issue. They treated it like it was no big deal since there was a new code issued. The second issue happened last night. I got to my car and I realized I left my keys on the counter with the key fob so I was actually locked out of the building this time and my car. Mind you it was not as cold out as it was in February but it still was not warm. Now we we 1st looked at the apartments, they said we could use our phones to unlock the front building door doors and the apartment. After we moved in, they said that feature was taken away, and we could only use it to unlock the apartment door doors. Once again, there was no phone number for me to call to get someone to unlock the The building door and I was waiting over an hour for my partner to get home with his key fob. I find a serious issue because what if I had left something on the stove and had to run to my car for something quick or I had a child inside running to get something out of my car. This also creates an issue for A child if they lost their key fob, they could’ve been stuck outside as well, which could be a serious risk. I find this the biggest issues with this apartment. The last issue I find with the apartment this is a force you to pay $35 a month for a trust service. If not, give you the option to opt out of this. The problem with it is the service only runs Sunday through Thursday. They do not run trash service on Friday or Saturday and there is no trash bin for you to throw out your trash on those days either so you have a buildup of trash collection for the weekend. Those are the major issues I find living here like I said I’m posting this through a friend Google account keep myself an anonymous

I moved into 255 Union Station a month ago, and I couldn't be happier. Prior to my move, I was fortunate enough to stay in one of their Airbnb units on the second floor of the leasing office/clubhouse, and I absolutely loved the experience! With my new job located 15 miles away, I made the decision to relocate to Marysville and secure one of the stylish new one-bedroom apartments they offer. This unit is impressively spacious, flooded with natural light, and the balcony is a fantastic bonus for enjoying fresh air and relaxation. The resident manager, Reese, has been incredibly accommodating and friendly, making me feel truly welcome, and I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Marcus, who is equally warm and approachable. The only challenge I've faced is with the address. A few online orders were returned to the sender because the carrier had difficulty locating the address. Given that the building is new, and the street may not yet be updated on Google Maps, it’s understandable. However, I believe it would greatly help if customers included their email addresses and phone numbers on shipping labels. This way, carriers could easily reach out to confirm the address, ensuring a smooth delivery process. After all, this is one of the reasons vendors ask for our contact information in the first place. Overall, I’m thrilled to be here and look forward to settling in completely!
