  I’ve lived here for a little over three years and have genuinely enjoyed my experience. The building is well cared for, and the leasing and maintenance teams are always friendly and responsive. The location is a huge plus: close to downtown and surrounded by great neighborhoods, which makes getting around really convenient. It's been a positive place to live and I love calling it home!

  There is no better location to rent! I’ve loved renting here and I would absolutely recommend Four23 Hoge to anyone who is thinking of moving to the city or area. Augustus is the go to person for any of your questions. He is so helpful.

  Updating my review. While the building and apartments are nice and we like our individual unit, we were promised all outdoor amenities would be done by the end of June when we signed the lease- none of them are done yet and it’s the end of October. We were strung along stating just a few more weeks over and over and now several months later it’s still not complete - this includes a pool, grills, outdoor tv and sitting space. It’s been really disappointing since we are paying a premium price and had no outdoor amenities all summer/early fall (we love to swim and grill). For the price, not sure we would’ve signed the lease.
