- TCTayShawn C.Jul 28, 20221.0This subdivision is comparable to a cancer that been allowed to grow too big. There is no uniqueness here. Homes give a liminal and unoriginal feel, everything looks exactly the same and robotic-like. There are no trail connections or amenities, most back yards are full of easements and to top it off, homes are made out of the cheapest materials that are bound to fall apart after 10 years. Shame on you Ryan Homes, you should have never been allowed to build this subdivision out as far as you have. Be smart and choose ANOTHER subdivision, avoid this at all costs.
