  I question the faculties of anyone who thinks that Leticia is a competent property manager and her team is at all effective. I spent several years at Remington Woods and in my opinion things went sour with this regime. Litter was abundant, pool access was not monitored at all nor was the trash compactor which led to piles of garbage over the weekends. And not to mention the liability of untrained minors operating an unsupervised potential deathtrap. The maintenence staff are nice and helpful, but they are hamstringed by poor policies and the turnover is frequent.

  I was the downstairs neighbor of @BecomingMe when I first moved in. I experienced noise from her apartment, her young child often ran for many hours during the day, and her large dog would sometimes bark for extended periods at night. Management at the time could have handled the situation more proactively. After her and her family moved out, I no longer had issues, and management has since updated their guidelines to encourage all residents to be considerate. I no longer live at this complex, but I wanted to share my perspective for context.

  Terrible place. Rude. Nasty people. It started out great in 2020 but they are a mess now, trash and dog poop everywhere. The trash compactor constantly has a pile of trash on its walking path. I recommend going somewhere else. Will tell you about the amenities and then none of them exist. Then put charges on your account with no notice. Slimy Slimy people.

  Great place to live! Management is very helpful and quick to the respond, grounds are well kept, and any maintenance issue I had was always resolved within 24 hours!

  I requested a maintenance services, the same day Mr Andre was sent to my apartment, he was very polite and professional. Great service. Thanks for all you are doing to improve the Residence.
