  Please assign parking spots… each apartment is supposed to get 2 parking spots and we have 2 vehicles and can never find parking close to our door… I understand having guests over but it is every night.

  Sy is absolutely outstanding and deserves the highest praise. He is always professional, respectful, and incredibly kind, and he consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled properly and efficiently. No matter the issue, Sy approaches his work with patience, skill, and a positive attitude, which makes a huge difference as a resident. It’s rare to find someone so dependable and genuinely caring about the quality of their work. Our building is truly lucky to have him — thank you, Sy, for everything you do!

  Sy was amazing when my furnace stopped working! He dropped everything on a Saturday night, showed up quickly, and fixed the issue just as fast! He was professional, kind, and clearly cared about making sure everything was working properly before leaving. Really grateful to have someone this reliable and someone who takes pride in their work and cares for the residents taking care of the maintenance at Midtown. Thanks Sy!!

  We are very happy with the maintenance Sy is always on point and always taking care of us when needed. I highly recommend him!!! Every time we need something to be fix Sy is there fast!!!
