- DKDave KentAug 1, 20245.0I had a wonderful experience working with Erin at Hidden Lakes. I’m relocating from Cincinnati after having spent many years in Stark County in my younger years. As I drove up I thought what a great neighborhood. When I walked the model home I was like this is it. The process was painless and I was able to get what I wanted for a great price; far less than Cincinnati prices. I chose a big lot on a corner and as I stood there looking around the neighborhood it’s a great view. I am so excited about my new home and so pleased with the people and the process. This is my second Ryan Homes house and that’s because they communicate well, treat you with decency and respect, and help you make your dream come true! Kudos to Erin and Ryan Homes!
