- JMJohn MartiniDec 12, 20251.0These people could not be more disorganized and impossible to get a hold of. Put money down for a house and its been crickets for months. No one has reached out, they don't return calls. They have had tons of turn over on staff making things more complicated as they didn't communicate that either. So phone numbers led to dead ends and emails bounced. I would highly recommend if your interested in a house, do NOT go with Ryan Homes. They are sketchy and not reliable. They just want your money.

The back yard was also not installed properly, with many rocks left behind and an insufficient amount of topsoil used. Unsurprisingly, Ryan Homes is giving me the runaround about fixing this as well. People should be aware of how they treat homeowners after closing.
