No one has reached out, they don't return calls. They have had tons of turn over on staff making things more complicated as they didn't communicate that either. So phone numbers led to dead ends and emails bounced. I would highly recommend if your interested in a house, do NOT go with Ryan Homes. They are sketchy and not reliable. They just want your money.

The plants selected look awful and the backyard they put in is awful too. Furthermore, the issues pertaining to the backyard we brought forward are not being addressed by Ryan Homes.

Our sales rep, Dana Rode and our project manager, Ross Broadwater spent time with us for 2 days (and multiple phone calls since we're basically building from out of town). They are both very knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions/requests we may have. We are looking forward to the full process and can't wait to get settled once construction is complete. Definitley recommend this team!
