  I went to look at a house to support a friend during the home buying process. We saw two houses...the first house I chalked it up to the realtor having a bad day as all she did was sit in the kitchen chair and seemed annoyed at questions. The second house we looked at the realtor was still unprepared...no disclosure statement, seemed confused when I asked for comps, was rude, and was dressed unprofessionally. I would not recommend.
