  I had such a wonderful experience touring the apartment at The Greyson with Merluza Suárez. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable and welcomed, taking the time to understand what I was looking for. She answered all my questions thoughtfully and made the entire process feel easy. I never felt rushed or pressured. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a new home! Spanish: Tuve una experiencia maravillosa recorriendo el apartamento en The Greyson con Merluza Suárez. Desde el primer momento, me hizo sentir cómoda y bienvenida, tomándose el tiempo para entender realmente lo que estaba buscando. Respondió todas mis preguntas con atención y logró que todo el proceso se sintiera fácil y agradable. En ningún momento me sentí apurada ni presionada. La recomiendo totalmente a cualquiera que esté buscando un nuevo hogar!

  The staff here is great! They’re all super nice and always helpful when needed. We had one maintenance issue and they came the next day to fix it. We also love the location and all the things to do around here.

  What a great location! I stopped by and walked the property with a leasing agent. She was very knowledgeable and showed us community as well as it's amenities. My children will love the pool, and I look forward to calling this our home.

  I chose not to write my review immediately after moving in to see if any problems would arise, which they haven’t. I have been wanting to move here for a few years now due to the way it looked from the outside, and I am glad I made the decision too. The process was beyond easy, and Ms. Sharon is such a gem and so sweet that she made my move-in so comfortable. I love the layout of the place and how clean it was at move-in, as well as the fact that I feel so comfortable being here. The amenities are amazing, and I just love the way the lights are on at night when you pull in. Parking sometimes can be a problem, but there is always at least one open space somewhere regardless of the distance. I am glad I chose to move here with my daughters, and I plan on staying until I buy a house in the next chapter of my life. Oh, and I also love the feature of controlling the lighting and thermostat with my phone, which I never experienced before at any other apartment complex I lived at. This place is such a vibe, and it’s affordable; you can’t go wrong, and I want to keep it to myself, but I feel other people should experience this greatness as well!!!
