  My experience was great. Merluz was so incredibly nice and attentive. She got everything resolve quickly and effectively. I higo recommend the apartments and to talk to Merluz. She is the best!

  Moving into The Greyson Apartments was a great experience from start to finish. Merluz Sanchez was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process — professional, friendly, and made everything so easy. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with excellent amenities and responsive management. I’m really happy living here and would absolutely recommend The Greyson to anyone looking for a new home!

  He vivido es este lugar durante 5 años. Es un lugar hermoso y tranquilo para vivir. Los vecinos son cordiales. Si algún inquilino falta a las normas de convivencia seguro será desalojado. Todo es limpio y ordenado. El trato es respetuoso. Amo este complejo.

  We really like this place♥️, we've been living here for a few month. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. When we asked for a maintenance, it was done the next day. The area is very quiet and clean, even if there are a lot of people outside, you can't hear anything through the closed windows. The only downside is that the walls are thin, and you can hear our neighbors in the bedroom, but in the other rooms is quiet. We're lucky that our neighbors don't have small children and are quite quiet. This complex is very pet-friendly🐶🐾,we really like the dog park, it's big and clean. They even made an accommodation for us while we were getting our dog ESA certified. They agreed to update the lease after we moved in so that we did not have to pay the pet fees and saved us hundreds of dollars!! We cannot thank them enough for being so amazing and helpful. We also love the smart home features that every apartment has letting us control the lights and even the lock to our door from our cell phones. All this and for a very reasonable rent. We are very very happy and look forward to our lives here 🌸🌺🌼

  I moved to Columbus for work and have been nothing but impressed with my stay so far. The community is quiet, there’s no shortage of parking anywhere, and they are constantly having fun events. We took our dog last week to the pool party for dogs to end the season, and honestly, it was adorable. The trash pick up at the door is awesome, never had that before but it’s totally worth it. I live a few doors down from one of the maintenance guys, he’s really nice but I’ve not had any need to call the apartment has been great. There’s a library right next to the apartment, Kroger is 3 minutes down the road, and everything you could ever need is 10 minutes away at most. Downtown Hilliard is less than 5 minutes away, which is nice for events in the area. I selected the Greyson because it was close to work and was the most reasonably priced apartment. I’m really glad I did. I don’t have any complaints, honest. The staff is wonderful. The amenities are great - I did not list them all by any stretch. This is a rambling sort of review, but I really have no complaints. If you’re looking in Hilliard then check out the Greyson
