- DBDanielle Brown-DavisMar 5, 20265.0I enjoy living here! I’m very picky when it comes to where I live. Especially being a widowed mom with a young daughter. My family lives out of state. I needed a safe, secure and clean place to live. A place where I can call home and I’m not embarrassed to invite friends over. Every apartment/townhome has problems. There is no perfect place to live. Even condos in the Hamptons have problems. I’ve seen it firsthand especially with a former background in real estate. I researched multiple places in Columbus, Hilliard, Dublin and Powell. It seemed like some of the places had absentee landlords, even the more high-end upscale apartment homes. And, I was surprised that many of them had problems with the garbage. The first thing that I noticed is that T&R Properties are friendly, especially Mandy and Day. They are both very responsive and personable. Their crew is very particular about the garbage clean up and the overall upkeep of the property. And, the snow… their crew plowed the snow right away during the historical snow storm. When they cleared the roads, I assumed other communities were also clear. I soon discovered many were not, unfortunately. If you’re on the fence about living here, it’s a wise choice. I highly recommend Bayside and Countryview.
