  Ding a lings for the Ding a lings. I CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE. Unfortunately, I have 2 ding a ling neighbors that MUST have their wind chimes all around the patio to enjoy when they happen to be outside. BUT EVERYONE HAS TO HEAR THEM 24/7. I can't even open a window if it's breezy unless I want to hear wind chimes. I'm talking steel pipes with barbells, not littel chimes. I've had to put up with this for YEARS. AND, they know people have complained. what kind of person does that????

  Tammy was absolutely wonderful to work with. Very helpful and accommodating. Felt like I have known her all my life! Kevin was amazing as well. Our unit was so nice and clean and just perfect. Appreciate them both very much and we are extremely excited about our new home and to be part of this community.

  Stay clear of this place they will lie and take your money office lady is racist and discriminates against young single successful men got approved a year ago didn't end up moving in because everything was so terrible especially communication I decided too try again I call ask if available units coming she says no none any time soon kept directing me too ky too sistering apartment saying I would like it and it's cheaper continue too tell her no I want too live there later In the day I found out there plenty of units open so I did app called the next day too tell her I applied she didn't sound too happy gave them several days take note 798 credit score good income wouldn't have any issues I reach out email two days later they took town home down took my application fee but don't run my credit I email several times to response call no answer least 5 times so I call there KY office and I'm told I will get a let with in a couple weeks stating why I didnt get now 6 weeks later no letter no calls no email took my money so I call the office too check in and ask why I didn't get the place then she hurry up hang up on me then calls the police the next day too say I was harassing her little does she know I already filled a law suit a couple weeks for turning me down with out a answer and discriminating against myself run while you can !!

  I moved in a month ago and really like it so far. The apartment is great! It actually feels more like a house than an apartment. The management went out of their way to get me approved an moved in on short notice. I really like that they are pet friendly too.

  It was an absolutely delightful experience moving in to this community. A special shout out to Tammy Cline who went above and beyond to make our move as smooth as possible. She has been so welcoming, kind and helpful throughout. She is always responsive to any of our queries and has been our go-to person for any assistance. It's been almost a month here and we love it. It's a beautiful and safe community; we love our apartment, the amenities and the surroundings.
