  Oh, where to begin. The office has supposed hours of operation, but if you call no one ever answers, and it then takes them 3-4 days to respond. If you have a maintenance issue, you best have the patience of a saint. You will not only need to keep calling the office to remind them of said issue, but you will also need to call the office once maintenance has been "complete" because it most certainly was not done properly. The dumpsters and dog waste containers are constantly overflowing & then they have the audacity to remind residents not to use receptacles if they are full -- where else am I supposed to put it?! The units are supposedly non-smoking, but buildings always smell like cigarettes and weed inside. The playground structure is broken and dangerous to children and has been this way for years with no repair in sight. Snow removal is non-existent. The pool is cloudy & cracking apart. The quality of the property is more of a place that should charge $600/month, not $1,200. Rent at your own risk!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Great communication with the office staff led to a quick and easy move in process! Very comfortable and newly remodeled! Come be a neighbor!
