  Worst place too live they had my truck tow twice do to fact I had 2 cars so I told them I was mad Jodi ask did I want out of my lease I told her I do without early term fee she said yes without fee so I move after 6 months of hell there year later trying to rent a place and Jodi put I broke the lease and owe fee this place is a joke and Iam getting a lawyer due to facts that they owe me 500 for tow do to haveing my truck tow and all the lies I have paperwork showing everything do not go there this place sucks and too much drug activity there

  I had a great experience working with Caressa, the property assistant at my new apartment community. The unit I originally applied for was not ready, but she went above and beyond by reaching out to the appropriate contacts to find another available apartment for me. She was able to secure a different unit at the same price, which I truly appreciated. Caressa was also very helpful in making sure the apartment was properly cleaned before I moved in. On top of that, she surprised me with a few thoughtful welcome gifts, including toilet paper, paper towels, a small notebook with a pen, and laundry detergent. That gesture was incredibly kind and made the move-in experience even better. I would also like to recognize the maintenance technician, Brian, who has been doing an excellent job. I submitted a few maintenance requests, and they were all handled quickly and efficiently. Another thing I really appreciate is how quiet the community is. I don’t really hear any noise, which makes it a very comfortable and peaceful place to live. Overall, I’m very grateful for the support and professionalism from both Caressa and Brian, and I’m happy with my move-in experience.
