We have had flooding in our yard due to the grading being done wrong, drains put in wrong, and the houses behind us being built up to high. 2 years later and getting the Attorney General involved we are now getting the yard regraded and new sod. Also the CRA was never calculated correctly or explained correctly. Paying up to 2,000 more to live in the park. Ridiculous we will never recommend Pulte or Beulah Park to anyone.

They are near food/restaurants, schools, medical facilities and as far as I know some are still available for rent! At least they are advertising as such! Really nice place and seems like it will be a great place to live! Should have more pictures to follow
