- DSDavid ScottNov 17, 20255.0We have had a great experience building with Ryan Homes in Fox Run, Grafton. From the first time we walked thru the model doors Casey Devine, the sales rep was so helpful, detailed, professional & understanding while we were making decisions on the home we wanted to build. Two hours later we walked out of the model with a good start to the process of building with Ryan Homes. From the beginning the communication with Casey had been very good! When we were then handed off to our Project Manager Chris Rusch and his assistant Jacob Toth. Chris was also very professional & thorough when explaining the steps to building our home. Every Friday we would get an update on what was done to the house & what was expected to be done In the week ahead. Chris or Jacob would also upload pictures of the house to us. Any time we would text Chris with a question his response was almost immediate. We had our final walk thru at our new home and everything looked so good!! Good craftsmanship, clean, etc. Chris was very thorough showing us around the house and going over everything with us. While building the house he was a perfectionist about having things done right which we are very thankful for! This was our first experience building a new home and it went very smooth, constant communication, professional, detailed, and more. We are very, very pleased!
