  Clayton homes of Frazeysburg Ohio was a wonderful experience. David Daniels took great care of us and helped us in every way possible to make our home buying adventure the best it could be! If you’re even thinking about doing a home through Clayton just stop in and give them a chance! No pressure and professional!

  Dave D was amazing to work with. He was very caring and listened to what we wanted. He did everything in his power to make sure we were confident in our choices. We ended up going a different route but will be back if the opportunity presents.

  My husband and I had a meeting with David Daniels today and he was extremely polite and informative. He provided us with more information than we could have asked for during our first meeting, which gave us a great head start on the process of buying a new home. We really appreciated his time, knowledge, and willingness to explain everything clearly.

  Working with this team has made this process easier than I would imagine. They truly care about their clients, which is hard to find nowadays when businesses only care about money! Todd was so helpful and informative on the home models and decor options. Miranda was so pleasant and informative on the closing documents. I also worked with Dave slightly, who also has so much knowledge on the homes as well! Overall a great experience, and I highly recommend making the trip to this location to purchase your home!!
