  I ve been living there for almost 3 years and i haven't had any issues, maintenance is great and the staff are very helpful.

  I have lived here for a year and the office staff is always friendly and ready to answer all questions and concerns. The secure doors are also a plus.

  Where to start.....mother has been here for 12 yrs or so. Never once late with her rent. She is 95 yrs old now, and lives on the bottom apt. I and her other children know just how many times her apt has been flooded due to all the other apts above her's due to toilets, washing machines, air-conditoner's ect... there are very obvious signs of mold on the walls, where it has leaked water from differant areas of each rooms you can see the paint comming off, windows are old and leak, there is NO good insulation as you can feel the cold air streaming in in the winter from the windows and under the front doors there are big gaps. The kitcken is sooo un-godly outdated it's pathetic, dishwasher has to be used as storage area for food because there is no storage space. These apts might be good for 1 person who is mybe on the go alot, but thats about it...The outside is kept nice, of course, but do not be fooled...There is no updates whatsoever in the apt you have or will be getting..Maiintence is great for the most part, they try to do as much as they can, but if manager will not approve certain things that even they feel is needed there hands are tied..Parking lot is a mess and needs to be redone...There is NO place for kids to play at all, with all the property they have you would think they would put in a playground or something, the kids have to play in the streets pretty much. Bugs...? Are everywhere, there is a definite lack of cleaning of the hallways and laundry rooms, which used to be done at least 2 a week many yrs ago, along with the mulching, but has since stopped as of 3 yrs ago... It's definetly a place where they ONLY do what is absolutly nessasary., which is sad...Turnover here is high as the previous reviewer stated....In and out, In and out! You would think when they DO get people who stay and are good tenants( No problems,quiet, clean) pays there rent on time every month, and after 12 yrs they would go above and beyond to make it nice for an elderly woman!!!!!!!!!!!
