The property was well maintained, grounds was free of trash, the leasing office was very nice and clean. The person who I talked to and toured with was so nice! I believe her name is Allie. She answered all of my questions. I really hope I get approved for this complex.

I am still living here. The management is pretty good about addressing issues that occur, but the building's walls and ceilings are paper-thin. You can and WILL hear literally everything your neighbor does. Even if it's just walking across their own floor, it sounds like they are an elephant stampede.
So, an update on this issue: it's gotten increasingly worse. Honestly, I’m considering posting some videos of how bad the noise is. I can’t sleep in my room now because of the stomping; the staircase is right next to my room, and it’s so loud it wakes me up. So I’m not getting any sleep. The neighbors had a party and all these people are doing is standing in the hallway and talking and it sounds like there is a sheet of paper between me and whatever conversation they’re having. that is how thin these walls are. I honestly don’t know how anybody hasn’t noticed. Maybe they just haven’t said anything. I didn’t because at first it wasn't this bad. but I honestly think that it wasn’t that bad because not all the units were filled and at first I thought I could just kind of power through it, but I can’t take it anymore. I have so much video and audio of the level of noise because its constant every day now. it honestly sounds like the floors are giving out. It’s worse now than when I first moved in. Way worse! I think that the construction is failing.

After a very difficult experience at our previous residence, moving here has truly been a blessing for our family.
From day one, the management team has been responsive, professional, and genuinely kind. The move-in process was smooth, the unit was clean, and everything that needed attention was handled promptly.
Maintenance requests are addressed quickly and properly, not with temporary fixes. The community feels safe, well cared for, and family-friendly. The common areas are clean and maintained, and you can tell there is real oversight and pride in the property.
As a mom, having a safe and peaceful environment for my daughters means everything, and this community has given us that peace of mind.
We are very grateful to call this place home and would absolutely recommend it.
