  Worst place I’ve ever lived! First of all the apartments were not at all what they look like on the website. Most of the amenities that were promised like the bar and the pool were never opened. The maintenance absolutely sucked the property management was the most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with and as far as your deposit back forget about they jumped up 500 dollars to renew my lease. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT HAVE RECOMMENDED- TRUST ME

  I’ve had a great experience while considering this apartment complex. The staff has been very helpful, responsive, and patient in answering all of my questions and concerns. They’ve made the process smooth and stress-free from the beginning. Amy is very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel confident in your decision. The rest of the team is just as welcoming and supportive. The property is clean, well-maintained, and seems like a really nice place to live. Based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend checking this community out!

  I’ve had a great experience with Paulina Fairchild the property manager. They’re professional, responsive, and genuinely care about their tenants. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and communication is always clear. Highly recommend!

  I lived in the Villages of Wildwood, a few years ago, I had a good experience and that's why I'm applying again with them... I think now they have improved a lot, and Amy is great, she is kind, friendly, answered all my questions and made everything easier for me, I think the staff's treatment of the community is key!!

  I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The property is well-maintained, John is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. The community is quiet and comfortable, and the location is very convenient. Overall, it’s a nice place to live and I definitely recommend it to others.
