This is completely unacceptable, are you kidding me, -You want $50 non refundable application fee, -$250 deposit non refundable, (they will come with the approval with hidden extra charges and if after approval you change the decision, the deposit must be refundable, they said after approval if you cancel to move in, your $250 deposit becomes non refundable) -$150 administration fee non refundable at the time of move in -$150 credit approval fee non refundable =Total $600 application charge once you climb the stairs of the leasing office and before you pay your first month rent --- that's what you stabbed by. they approved my application with credit approval fee!! (if your credit is little low, then they get another reason to rip you off $150: ohh if you pay $150 extra we can approve you, even after they have checked my paystubs that my monthly income is 10 times their monthly rent!!!!) Thank you so much for revealing your behavior before I sign the lease for one year, I don't know what hidden stabbing I would have suffered in one year with you guys.
