Us ppl whomever choice this place (not me jus saying) if i did look how much your base rent is? Do u think that match the appliance amities carpet lay out square foot etc?! As a homeowner and DIY type of women looking for my son a place the appliance is old real old update please carpet is cheap step your game up one and two bedroom can b a lil bigger its like a box 3 bedroom need to b more spacious update the window blinds yall spend more money outside then then the inside.. its nothing like coming home to a fabulous decor quite spacious home when u done work 16hrs u want us as ppl to feel homey before u add your homie touch ( decorate) these apts/ townhouse so blend do some remodeling!!! , And I get that you receptionists it’s only doing your job whats in the contract rental agreement etc.. so this message for the OWNER before u judge someone car on how it look!!! To park to this home especially how much rent cost and go up every year, which is normal but what is you doing different every year what u adding lol first off u can start off with remodeling lol hell rip that carpet up!!! Judging people for what type of car they drive with these old old old a ss building and appliances and carpet!! Is Ridiculous !! have some nerves..
